Since 2021 we have remodeled kitchens and bathrooms and handled siding, decks, windows and doors, drywall, flooring and painting for homes and businesses across Central New York, with an itemized estimate before any work and a schedule we keep.

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the room and what you choose. Our projects average around $23,000, and a repair or a smaller update costs far less. The estimate is free, in writing and itemized, so you see where every dollar goes before you decide.
What happens at the free estimate?
We come to your home or building, measure, look at what is behind the problem and talk through what you want. You get an itemized estimate in writing, with no obligation. If you go ahead, the price does not change unless you approve a change.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Ali Fix It Construction is licensed and insured in New York State, and our crew carries OSHA safety training. Ask and we will send the certificates before work starts.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our workmanship carries a warranty of one to five years depending on the project, and the manufacturer's warranty covers the materials we install. Both are spelled out in your contract.
How long will my project take?
A repair can be done in a day. A full kitchen or bathroom remodel usually takes several weeks, and siding or a deck falls in between depending on the size. You get a start date and a finish date in writing before we begin, and we work to them.
Do you take commercial jobs as well as homes?
Yes. We do residential and commercial work across Central New York, including bathrooms, interiors and exteriors for business properties, with the same itemized estimate and schedule.
